    Low Pressure Spring Return Diaphragm Metering Pump
    KD series are spring type mechanical diaphragm metering pumps. The stroke movement is controlled by the spring and the eccentric mechanism. The flow rate can be adjusted by the dial or change the motor speed with VFD. It is capable of handling chemicals range from 15lph-180lph with pressure 8-5 bars. It is widely used in water treatment , waste water treatment, chemical factories, etc.
    Key features:
    l  Compact and simple design.
    l  Multilayer composite PTFE diaphragm, long service life. 
    l  Reinforced plate design after the diaphragm.
    l  Flow adjustment by the micrometer manually.
    l  Fluid max temperature:   70℃(158℉）

    l  Pump head: PVC, PTFE,SS304,SS316  
    l  Diaphragm: Composite PTFE diaphragm      
    l  Check Valve: PVC, PTFE,SS304,SS316 (same as pump head selection)
    l  Valve Ball: Ceramic;SS304;SS316
    l  Valve Seat: PTFE,SS316  
    Power Supply:
    380V 3 phase on standard, single phase or other voltage on request; EX-proof motor is available on request.
